I see room for improvement primarily in internal communication and cross-departmental coordination. In some cases, information could be shared earlier and in a more structured manner to avoid duplication of work and ambiguities. The further development of clear processes and standards would also be positive, especially for new projects or onboarding. I can't say that anything is going well at KADI in the communications segment. High personnel turnover and a method of employment that is not at all in keeping with the times speak against good grades.

I would warn against applying to KADI AG. Here, it is not the HR manager who decides (she is usually not even present at the interview), nor is it the communications manager. At KADI, interns and assistants decide on the selection of personnel. These are characterized by - demonstrably - fascistoid behavior. Complaints about the application process went all the way to the management of KADI. Caution is advisable.
