The SPG offers me freedom and trust in the execution of my work. This trust and these freedoms motivate me every day anew. The employees support each other in all situations and manage projects across divisions and companies. Together, we can achieve a lot at the SPG. The flexible working hours, great sports activities (e.g. swimming at lunchtime or running training / archery / ... in the evening) and the collaboration with specialists in all departments enriches the work every day. The work is simply fun. It's great to be a part of SPG! PS: the aperitifs and staff parties are unforgettable :-)

In the SPG, everyone can make a difference, which is very positive. Perhaps too much at once in some cases? Concentration and focus on essential projects can be optimized.

The people I work with all put their heart and soul into the organization. The working atmosphere is therefore very inspiring. Over 1900 people work in the Swiss Paraplegic Group. A lot is already being done to promote networking among employees. Nevertheless, it is not always easy to ensure that there are no duplications.
