-Good salary. That's it, unfortunately. Everything seems great at first, but then... The facade is deceptive.

Managers without any leadership competence. Something urgently needs to change here! Hr is completely overwhelmed and not competent. Answers come partly months later and very unsatisfactory! Work climate is unfortunately also bad but that is not appreciated, no more team-building events, everything outsourced to Poland and India and that gives high quality losses. Further training opportunities are few and far between.
