No idea - no transparency and insight during trial work

This could be improved

Better communication between recruiter and store management during trial work would be desirable. Briefly unpacked a bit of merchandise, then was shown the store superficially by the store manager and then unpacked merchandise again. Vegetables sorted out and left alone again. In between a small conversation with the management. Not ideal for the trial work. The position was apparently after Aldi statement by a competitor newly filled, but is still advertised.
