Work atmosphere is not geared towards motivation. New input and ideas are not appreciated.

A complete overhaul of management, strategy, and resources is recommended. The database has never been updated so profiles are out of date or have moved on. There are no jobs to work on, and there's no input regarding professional development. Turnover is high and all consultants work on a freelance, commission-only basis i.e. zero commitment hence zero reason to hang in there. I managed not even a year and saw at least 8 consultants coming and leaving during that year.
