I help ambitious expat families around Lake Zurich combine career and family life in a relaxed way and gain mental peace in everyday life by having my team take over household cleaning completely independently and in consistently high quality according to the Mrs. Fox Cleaning method. I founded Mrs. Fox Cleaning GmbH based on my own need: I needed a house cleaner who would also tidy up my children’s toys (and not just clean around them), who would independently see where cleaning is needed, and who is reliable and punctual. After initially cleaning for my clients myself, I now manage a team of 5 employees and we take care of more than 40 families around Lake Zurich. What my employees appreciate about working with me: - I pay above average and on time (the money is in my employees’ accounts by the 3rd of the following month at the latest) - I take care of my employees. For example, I help with administrative appointments or finding housing. - They know exactly what to do and don’t have to guess: all information is on the company phone (provided by me). In an app, my employees can see all information about the clients. We have a standard cleaning protocol that we follow (trained at the beginning), but each client also has some specific wishes. - Stability: Fixed assigned clients, a maximum of two clients per day (and travel time between clients is paid). Assignment duration between 3–6 hours (depending on the client).
