I was delighted to be given the opportunity to take on a new challenge at Fabromont at my age. The work is varied, you have responsibility and can organize your tasks yourself. I like that. I can structure my day freely and have the opportunity to work in the way that suits me best. The team is friendly and uncomplicated, we help each other and get along well. The atmosphere is also good: The food in the canteen is really tasty, it's always freshly cooked and the price-performance ratio is also right. Overall, it's a very harmonious working environment for me, where you can feel comfortable and get involved. I'm grateful to be part of Fabromont, especially because it's not just age that counts here, but above all motivation and commitment.

One point that I think could be improved is internal communication. Sometimes it takes a while for information to reach everyone. A little more transparency and clarity would be helpful here.

The company has a good mix of older, long-standing employees and young "wild ones". Most of the long-serving employees are happy to pass on their knowledge, but are also open to suggestions for improvement from younger employees. Departing department heads etc. are generally always replaced internally.

Some of the machines are outdated. Investments in production are necessary.

Good working environment, communication with superiors is always positive! Performance is demanded, recognized and fairly rewarded. Regular meetings make it easy to exchange feedback and concerns/topics can be discussed quickly. I have the opportunity to do my further training within the company. I also attend internal and external training courses.

Clearer paths for internal professional development could further strengthen the potential.
