Unfortunately due to management changes since 2017, a once collaboration oriented company culture changed into an environment where people are mostly just pursuing their individual interests. Transparency, like most most core company values advertised on the website, has become a meaningless marketing buzzword (e.g. full salary transparency was abolished and gave way to an opaque bonus system, company politics has become a thing). In the IT department in particular, a lack of trust and inability to delegate has established a toxic micromanagement culture. As a result of management, the company has been suffering from elevated levels of employee turnover and shrinking assets under management (11.6 billion in 2022 to 5.3 billion in 2024, source: company website/web.archive.org).
