I worked at this company for several years. During my employment I experienced repeated inappropriate behavior from a colleague, including personal insults and conduct that I considered unacceptable in a professional environment. I reported the matter internally and provided documentation supporting my concerns. While I was assured that the situation would be taken seriously, I did not feel that my concerns were addressed effectively. The experience left me feeling unsupported and significantly affected my trust in the company's handling of employee complaints. My advice to prospective employees would be to ask questions about workplace culture, psychological safety, and how concerns raised by employees are investigated and resolved. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine.

This works well in the company
-All the colleagues are open-minded, respectful and helpful to each other. No matter what origin, age, gender or religion. Diversity is lived here. -Every age from 16 years to over 60 years is represented. It doesn't matter how old you are. You are respected by everyone here for your task. -They cover the health-insurance for your whole family
