+/- enough freedom to contribute ideas and act independently. Colleague cohesion across units is predominantly based on partnership. Very international and dynamic environment.
This could be improved
Qualified performance/G&O meetings would be desirable. Don't just see employees as easily replaceable. Introduce 360 feedback for top managers too. Since the Paris axis has existed, the strategic direction has been diffuse and consequently the figures are unstable or falling. With negative effects on the workforce. Even more than in other companies, when the boss changes and employees are blocked (professionally, career progress), micro-managers, bossy instead of leader behavior, hardly anyone in the giant organization will be interested in this, as everyone (including HR) looks after themselves first.
