Wir sind der offizieller Importeur der Marken Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep und Fiat Professional für den Schweizer Markt und vetreibt bis zu 20‘000 Fahrzeuge in der Schweiz. Das Händlernetz umfasst rund 150 Vertriebs- und Servicehändlerbetriebe und insgesamt über 300 Mandate einschliesslich der Vertriebs- und Serviceagenten. Salaries: The salaries at Astara Ital Switzerland AG are competitive and fair. This is one of the few positive aspects of my experience at this company.

This could be improved

Internal communication: Communication between the various departments is often inefficient, which leads to misunderstandings and delays in projects. Regular cross-departmental meetings and better coordination would be beneficial. Workload: The workload is often excessive, leading to a stressful working environment. A better work-life balance and a fairer distribution of tasks would be necessary. Employee recognition: Employees' efforts and achievements are not sufficiently recognized. A formal recognition system, such as bonuses or awards, could improve employee motivation and commitment. Development opportunities: Opportunities for training and professional development are limited. More opportunities for ongoing training and professional development would help employees feel valued and grow in their position
