A better work-life balance and a fairer distribution of tasks would be necessary. Employee recognition: Employees' efforts and achievements are not sufficiently recognized. A formal recognition system, such as bonuses or awards, could improve employee motivation and commitment. Development opportunities: Opportunities for training and professional development are limited. More opportunities for ongoing training and professional development would help employees feel valued and grow in their position

The Astara company itself is certainly a major player in the automotive industry. But companies are made by people. The employees are nice for the most part, but the higher the hierarchy, the more inappropriate the way a team is managed.

The corporate culture here is destructive. Internal obstacles and a way of treating employees that I have not experienced anywhere else.

Great team. There is a lot of work but for that you are also compensated.
