The company sticks to long-standing, outdated processes and workflows. New ideas and innovations are not welcome. The existing systems are outdated and guidelines are not up to date. The working atmosphere is superficial but friendly. I have not noticed any real teamwork. Flexibility (e.g. working from home) is promised, but viewed negatively.
