This works well in the company

The training is good. The events used to be top. Since Swiss Life Select AG (AWD) belongs to Swiss Life AG, the level is steadily decreasing.

This could be improved

Compliance with agency contract. Benefits are bad. They say you are self-employed, in fact you are a social security technical employee. No base pay, no expenses, no vacation compensation.
