This works well in the company

Spoken with HR from Poland over phone. Online interview with potential boss from Germany. Personal interview with HR in Fällanden, Swiss. In Swiss, they are per You (per du), but only theoretically, practically not. HR partner in Swiss, was not aware about all talks and agreements before and so did not accepted me.

This could be improved

Big int. company, very interesting products. Problems with communication between different departments in different countries.
