What I really appreciated was the trust placed in our employees. We're given a fair amount of autonomy, which makes us want to get involved. The teams are generally very open, and it's easy to ask questions or suggest ideas. The work-life balance is well respected, which is rare.

This could be improved

In my experience at adesso Schweiz AG, I've found that some internal processes can be a bit cumbersome or too rigid, which sometimes slows down decision-making. I would also have appreciated a little more individual recognition for efforts made. It's motivating when you feel your work is seen and valued.
