The application process was very easy and the trial working day gave me a valuable insight into this exciting job. I now really enjoy working in the workshop team at Bantam AG in Hindelbank. There is a respectful and collegial working atmosphere and you can actively contribute your ideas. The workplace is easy to reach by public transport, but there are also free employee parking spaces. The work is very varied and I can put my manual skills to the test every day with the wide range of tasks. I am encouraged and can attend courses with manufacturers and suppliers, and my further development is actively promoted. I can only recommend Bantam Hindelbank as an employer.

I applied for a job in Hindelbank a few weeks ago via online tool. Unfortunately, neither an acknowledgement of receipt nor after weeks a refusal arrived! This I find, especially since I am also a Bantam regular customer for years, absolutely a no go? I finally auditioned personally in the shop. There they confirmed that the position was already taken. That I didn't get the job resp. wasn't even informed probably had to be that way... if you deal with applicants like this... how does it work in the employment relationship?
