The order situation is going well, since many people want exactly what Go offers. However, in the end, everything also looks exactly the same.
This could be improved
It is very quickly criticized on a personal level, instead of constructive feedback. Communication in general is not really a strength of the management. They advertise with flat hierarchies and a good working atmosphere, but this is not the case at all.
