Things must be going badly if you can't give feedback to a final candidate.

I had the opportunity to apply to Reckitt and make it to the final round of interviews. Unfortunately, the impression of the application process deteriorated significantly as the process progressed: despite clearly agreeing a feedback date after the final interview, I did not receive any feedback for over a month. Several polite follow-up emails - both to the responsible HR manager and to an interviewer - remained unanswered. I find this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and commitment invested by applicants. Transparency and communication at eye level are essential for a positive candidate experience today - unfortunately, Reckitt lacked both in my case.
