Little clarity in the application process. The company gave the applicant a very positive impression at all times and the feeling of a secure agreement. This statement is supported by the fact that a guaranteed commitment was discussed with the management several times. After several interviews and an assessment, an impersonal rejection was issued after a short period of consideration on the part of the company. After I had asked several times why the rejection came ungrounded.
