Overall I love working here because people are great (management included).
Pros:
- no open space office (quiet)
- nice colleagues, no trashtalking etc.
- no sink or swim management
- every employee may work 80 %
This could be improved
Cons:
- no company growth expected due to niche products
- no career progression due to small teams
- no benefits
