At Shoppi Tivoli Management there is neither fairness nor trust. Superiors don't inform or misinform. Employees are not included in decisions. Authoritarian leadership style. No honest and direct interaction. Lies and untruths are the order of the day. Management without a social conscience. The work-life balance is extremely bad. More time and overtime are the order of the day. Labour law is often violated. Bad corporate culture with low wages.
