VWR on Novartis Campus: It's everyone against everyone. You should have a thick skin. Because here you try to outdo each other. The work is monotonous and boring. In that sense, anyone can work here, whether they have experience or not. Which doesn't only have advantages. Because every kind of person who was once a bricklayer or cook is employed here. So not really qualified employees. Communication is difficult. Because everyone is looking for someone else's weak point and reports it immediately. Contracts mean nothing here. They are not adhered to. You're more like a low-level temporary worker. With a backpack from building to building.
