Very bad working atmosphere. The company demands a lot from its employees and does not return any of it. High pressure in sales due to unrealistic targets set by headquarters. The motto here is "all against all". The corporate strategy changes every 3 months and accordingly everything is volatile. Many changes in personnel due to wear and tear and instability.
