Since the gift stores were merged, management behavior has changed for the worse. Employees are no longer involved in decision-making processes and there is hardly any opportunity to contribute their own ideas. Due to the significantly reduced team size, the workload for the remaining staff is barely manageable.

Mismanagement - employees are simply rationalized or replaced by cheaper ones - the fact that know-how falls by the wayside and there is even more work for the remaining employees is accepted. Of course, it is always difficult when savings have to be made to such an extent, but the downward spiral cannot be stopped in this way. Employees are not valued.
