Unfortunately, I can't say anything about that. The team, which worked wonderfully together, was reduced to 1/5 within a few weeks by dubious measures.

I approached my work with a lot of enthusiasm and also enjoyed the free time management with home office and long-term planning. New superiors came along and nothing worked anymore. Unfortunately, when applying for jobs, instead of experience, attention is paid to the accumulation of dubious qualifications. What can be improved? Pretty much everything, unfortunately. Starting with data protection, through communication and management positions, to patient safety.
