Cons and cons
This works well in the company
I would like to write something good about the company but I see no single pro. Managers of the company have stopped in 20th century in their management style. If you want to experience how not to manage people feel free to apply for a job at Suek.
This could be improved
I don't recommend this company. Very bad atmosphere, no opportunities for development, the worst approach to employees I have ever experienced. They expect you to sweat blood but they won't give you anything back.
