Very innovative environment. New technologies, new ideas, broad-based. Constantly growing. Many team events; many young, motivated people in the company. The customers are often start-ups who have a positive attitude. That's more fun for me, too.

Sometimes too many new things come at once. Communication could also be improved.

As a lawyer, you have a great deal of freedom, i.e. you manage your mandates almost exclusively independently. Own office, pleasant working hours and employees. Lots of direct customer contact.

There is always room for improvement, but I don't want to mention this specifically here, because it's only a small matter.
