This works well in the company
Between employees, you can work well in a team, depending on the circumstances.
This could be improved
Impossible to work goal-oriented, because the Avor is so unorganized that it makes no sense to work according to plan, because everything is changed anyway. I think there is a lot of room for improvement in this area. You could also get constructive criticism but they never say when something is done well, only bad. So the whole thing only leads to demotivation. Every employee is treated differently and the supervisor almost never looks at you at eye level.

Young company but without strategy and no capable company management
14 August 2018August 2018
Supervisor behavior: Unfounded and unfounded decisions lead to demotivation. There is no goal-oriented personnel management. Members' cohesion: The cohesion among colleagues is good. Communication: Employees are informed inadequately and too late. This leads to speculation and disagreement. Work-Life-Balance: The management's expectations regarding work performance are not realistic.

Employer comment

As you mention in the title, Aegerter Swiss Technology AG is a young company and the management is right in the middle of the strategy process. This requires organizational skills and independence from each employee. Moreover, communication and information is not only a matter for the boss. Each individual can contribute to improving communication and/or obtaining information. Every employee can act as a role model and also relieve the management in a hectic time. I wish you to be able to take something with you that you can offer to your next employers; to help outside your own field of work, to maintain communication, to work together in a healthy and respectful way towards a goal and above all to register and demand your own needs, should you reach your limit with your work-life balance. - Andreas Zumbach, Managing Director
