This could be improved

Impossible to work goal-oriented, because the Avor is so unorganized that it makes no sense to work according to plan, because everything is changed anyway. I think there is a lot of room for improvement in this area. You could also get constructive criticism but they never say when something is done well, only bad. So the whole thing only leads to demotivation. Every employee is treated differently and the supervisor almost never looks at you at eye level.

Supervisor behavior: Unfounded and unfounded decisions lead to demotivation. There is no goal-oriented personnel management. Members' cohesion: The cohesion among colleagues is good. Communication: Employees are informed inadequately and too late. This leads to speculation and disagreement. This requires organizational skills and independence from each employee. Moreover, communication and information is not only a matter for the boss.
