The company is located directly next to Lake Greifensee in a very beautiful location. The working conditions are fair and the remuneration for the Zurich Oberland is reasonable. Once a year, the company offers its employees a summer party as well as a Christmas party. If an employee has good ideas for improving work processes, these are often implemented, provided that the idea can be backed up with facts and figures.

The infrastructure is no longer up to date and could be improved. The main building is in need of renovation. The carpets are very old in the offices. The printers/printers are open in the corridors next to various workstations. In this case, a shelter for particulate matter emissions would make sense.
