Unfortunately, I was confronted with numerous problematic situations during my time at TWHEELS GmbH. In my opinion, the management acted unprofessionally: there were frequent, incomprehensible dismissals and highly erratic behavior. Emotional outbursts in the working environment and sometimes pathological employee monitoring created a climate of mistrust. In addition, vacation days were canceled without consent. Constructive feedback was hardly possible and there was a general lack of trust in employees. Remuneration was clearly below average compared to the rest of the industry.

Professionalization in management is urgently needed. Employees should be treated with more respect, trust and fairness - both on a human and contractual level. Fair remuneration and clear, transparent communication would be a first step in the right direction.
