In my opinion, work in this company is not going well overall. The only positive thing is the good cooperation with one or two colleagues. Otherwise, there are many areas that urgently need to be improved.

The current situation in the employment relationship urgently requires an improvement in management style, communication and planning. It is essential that managers treat their employees with respect. This includes clear and open communication, transparent and well thought-out planning processes and leadership based on appreciation and support. Only through these measures can a positive and productive working environment be created in which employees feel valued and motivated.
