- Although I was hired for a specific position, I was assigned to completely different tasks and in other teams, which had nothing to do with the original job profile. - The work content did not correspond to what was discussed in the job interview. This led to a lot of frustration. - Ultimately, in my opinion, the support was not good - people often talk about other people's mistakes. Unfortunately, you are often blamed instead of being given a fair chance. - The last wage was only paid on time after a deadline was set. They originally wanted to transfer it a week later than promised, although I had already given them until the 15th of the following month. I would like to see more transparency, respect and honest communication when dealing with employees.
