I worked for this company and unfortunately had some very disappointing experiences: - You are not told in advance that a doctor's certificate is required from the first day of illness - and from the second day of illness you only receive 80% of your salary. This should have been communicated openly. - Although I was hired for a specific position, I was assigned to completely different tasks and in different teams, which had nothing to do with the original job profile. - The work content did not correspond to what was discussed in the job interview. This led to a lot of frustration. - In my opinion, apprentices are not well looked after - they are often talked down to instead of being encouraged. Unfortunately, they are often given up quickly instead of being given a fair chance. I would like to see more transparency, respect and honest communication when dealing with employees.
