There is a great working atmosphere in the individual residential groups. On the other hand on other housing groups is a coming and going of female employees.

In the overall leadership, the motto was everyone is replaceable. This was also handled and communicated in this way. The employees have been working for the same low wages for years and no compensation for inflation was ever adjusted. The workers are only put off, nothing happens. The wages are the same as those in the lowest guidelines of the canton. Also the care key was partly very questionable.
