Salary is good to very good. Home office within CH --> depending on the team, employees are only in the office 1 day a week or every 2 weeks.
This could be improved
The working atmosphere and culture used to be very good, but this has changed dramatically. Many people no longer dare to express their true opinion. It takes a lot of perseverance to get things moving, as the innovation processes are very complex. It takes a very long time from budget application to implementation in the complex IT system landscape (usually at least 1.5 - 2 years), which unfortunately makes the company very sluggish. Salary is good to very good, but should be negotiated accordingly when joining. Reorganizations take place at least every 4 years and usually everything is shuffled again. Sometimes you also have to apply for your previous position. Unfortunately, the company no longer recognizes appreciation.
