It is a family environment and a manageably large team. Things can be changed and optimized quickly. Research is carried out into innovations in order to stand out from the market.
This could be improved
The management style has developed a company dynamic that leads to employees passing the blame back and forth without taking responsibility. Management is informed too late because some employees fear them because of their behavior. In general, many management positions seem overburdened with their own demands, which the small team can hardly cope with.
The salary is not exceptional and overtime is sometimes expected.
