Bad company with no planning and dealing with people

The planning was very bad and the contact with the people was frightening. There's always a lot of air at the company. Most employees can't even speak the language and there is always too much pressure. One is always yelled at by the boss although the bosses have no idea of the work and do not even let the people talk out.
