Wouldn't know how to improve the application process.

- Questionnaire could be eliminated at the first meeting - Active feedback for submitted dossiers, which are not considered

- Professional and good help in finding a job - Competent and friendly, as well as very helpful

no potential for improvement apparent, as the personal wishes and ideas are very well responded to, and quickly answered.

Throughout the entire process I was very well looked after: from the immediate reply to the application and invitation to the interview to the preparation for interviews and subsequent support in the decision-making process. The conversation was very pleasant and open and was conducted professionally by the personnel consultant and at the end I also received very valuable feedback with compliments and suggestions for improvement. There was a constant exchange between the individual steps in the application process about the progress of the process and there was never a lack of situation-specific support.

The close supervision requires lively correspondence, which can be quite stressful depending on the extent.

The company responded quickly to my online application.

The advertised position was not even addressed, but with a standard e-mail I was asked to enter my personal data on their website. After a feedback from me that I explicitly wanted to apply for the position they advertised, I did not receive a reply. The whole thing doesn't make a very professional impression on me...

The atmosphere was pleasant for me and in my opinion, the interview was conducted in a professional manner with a focus on specialist knowledge. I was well considered in current offers. There were some offers. The strengths were discussed in terms of the successes achieved, which could result in a true picture of the applicant.

The requirement profile was often badly suited to my career. I assume that a 2-4 hour return journey to work is not optimal, I was told by your competitor that such an application would have no chance. The self-declaration should be better described, so that the information is presented more clearly and uniformly. The profile of applicants should be better filtered.

The cohesion of colleagues and helpfulness is very encouraging.

The rooms could be made greener. The design could also be better interpreted differently.

I felt very comfortable during the interview and even later I was always looked after very quickly, competently and pleasantly. The job proposals were usually very accurate and almost led to an employment contract.

At the moment no suggestions for improvement ... except that this field must have 60 characters and that the butto label at the bottom changes to 'Rate' after pressing the check mark and again and you somehow can't come to an end ;-)
