An application process says a lot about a company. Engel & Völkers in Ascona leaves a bad impression. The responsible manager of the office and store is silent. She does not finish the process. She has the application documents, she had me come for the interview. She had me send references, supposedly checked 2 out of 4. And then nothing. No response.
Even if you, Ms. T., should not agree with me, respect for the applicant demands that you at least send a rejection by mail. Anything else is a no-go, inadequate communication, impolite, disrespectful and, in the working world of the 21st century, which places high demands on companies in particular, a poor self-assessment.
No answer is, of course, also an answer. But it reflects negatively on you, not so much on me. The way you have shown yourself to me, you will probably also deal with other people. And that is not at all a sign of trust for a real estate company.
