Kablan is trying to become more modern and attractive every day. Even if stressful situations are part of everyday life, the atmosphere among each other usually remains very good/collegial, even with the management. We are also allowed to laugh together from time to time. In addition, you have a lot of freedom and are allowed to participate. This has made me feel very comfortable in this company for years.

This could be improved

Although the management supports where it can, internal projects are always approached somewhat rashly, which leads to a high workload. To be fair, I have to say that the understanding is very great.

KABLAN is incredibly successful and you can always make a difference. The guidance leaves you enough freedom to realize your own ideas, which is great fun. In addition to others, short decision-making processes and appreciative interaction with each other are important criteria for me, so that I can always recommend my employer.

4 weeks of holiday can be increased by one day per year up to a maximum of 5 weeks. 5 weeks at the start of employment would be more attractive.
