Very appreciative nature of the site management and the direct management position. The work at specialist support level is seen and appreciated. The interaction with each other is open, honest and appreciative. Working with RAV & IV customers is very interesting, challenging and also fulfilling, as you can see successes directly and receive positive feedback.

The salary policy leaves room for improvement (is in transition). Further training is very important and is also emphasized when hiring, but only those who are advantageous to the company are accepted. Further training for personal development is not supported. The time regulations are outdated. Max. 32 hours and only 1 day/quarter for compensation.

I am currently still with SANTIS Training AG and have been for years. I will also stay here for a while. I cannot understand the 1 star ratings. We work with a demanding clientele that needs to be nurtured. No matter whether AMM or IV. This daily challenge is fun for me personally and makes me go home in the evening with a good feeling.
This could be improved
Currently, a large item is IT. But this is known. But the company also has not only 50 computers in use. There is potential for renewal here in the medium term, but, it runs.
