As part of a small but powerful team of around 15 employees, I work in real estate accounting - closely alongside the management. What particularly motivates me is the combination of trust, responsibility and development opportunities. We are a well-coordinated team with short communication channels and direct decision-making - this ensures pleasant cooperation and quick results. New colleagues are also warmly welcomed and quickly gain a comprehensive insight into the processes.
