This works well in the company

The rats eat the first one off the floor, apart from the HR nobody can do anything in this company, the employees for the dirty work come from wage dumping countries and therefore can't speak German or English

This could be improved

A totally incapable managing director from Germany without any competencies He only knows how to scream and freak out and has no social skills at all - it's bad that someone like that is allowed to work with other people.
