It's totally worth it!
This works well in the company
They are all mega nice, motivated and ambitious. Super human and fair and I notice that the employees are the focus. That makes you very happy.
This could be improved
The application process, should be better structured and especially at eye level (word literally...). I find the inner attitude towards the applicant important. Sure they are all still very young, but a professional attitude should be guaranteed.
