It is fun to go to work (or to work in the home office :)). A lot of freedom, a lot of opportunities, the employee is in the center and the managers know how to act and communicate at eye level with the employees.

This could be improved

I don't see any potential for improvement at the moment. I hope that the end of the pandemic will be used to celebrate more joint successes again.
