I worked at a warehouse for the company Digitec Galaxus in Wohlen. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience there from any perspective. If you point out any shortcomings or issues, they immediately dismiss you and later write negative things about you if another temp agency submits an employment request. Additionally, I noticed a lack of proper communication and support for employees, which made the working environment less productive and demotivating. There was little focus on employee well-being or creating a positive atmosphere for the team. I believe there’s room for improvement in how they handle feedback and treat their staff.
