A great family business on a human scale! Everyone has the opportunity to make a contribution, which is not often the case in other companies.

A lot of freedom is given to employees.

I've been with the company for several years, working in the field service, and appreciate the freedom of action and organization of my work. I'm very satisfied with my remuneration, which depends on my personal commitment. Primus is well known and contact with colleagues, though occasional, is mostly pleasant and friendly.

Support from internal to external service still needs to be improved. Available product data is incomplete, missing or late.

The work in general, the camaraderie, management that listens to its employees.

To reach the top, I'd say an even more powerful computer program (for drawing up offers, sales, etc.).

Independent position with permanent support in the field from in-house service.

At Primus you have really great working hours. You can bring your dog to work and Primus AG places a lot of trust in its employees. What's also really great is that wages are always paid on time!

I have no suggestions for improvement :-) I just think it's great with the Primus

As an employee at the company, you have a very good work-life balance. The working hours are very flexible and very modern with a 40-hour week. Vacation requests are actually always fulfilled. There are several benefits such as water dispensers, free parking and fresh fruit. The offices are bright and spacious, with a maximum of 2 employees in one room. As an employee, you have a high level of personal responsibility and the hierarchies are flat.

There is still room for improvement in terms of communication and personal objectives. Digitization and some processes are not yet fully up to date, but are constantly improving.

Very familiar and flexible. Whenever possible, the wishes of the employees are taken into account.

The restructuring from old school to modern company should be driven forward a little more quickly in some areas. But the company is on the right track. I would like to see more opportunities for working from home.

It is a family business that cares about the well-being of its employees.

The office staff are motivated and competent people, It was a pleasure to work with them.

A family business run by the owner family, who is always there for the employees. The human aspect is paramount and we are not considered as numbers.

Communication between the different language regions can still be improved, but unfortunately the language barrier doesn't always help, even though we have many people who speak several languages.
