Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Stiftung, die Dienstleistungen im Bereich Pflege und Gesundheit für Menschen aus der Gemeinde Wald und Umgebung anbietet. Im 2021 neu eröffneten Zentrum Rosenthal führen wir mit unseren 230 Mitarbeitenden das Pflegezentrum Rosenthal mit 120 Bewohnenden, die Spitex Wald Fischenthal und vermieten 33 Alterswohnungen mit Services.

This works well in the company

I think the Drei Tannen Foundation is a very modern employer that does a lot for its employees. There is a great sense of team spirit throughout the company and people help each other, even beyond their own department. There are very generous benefits on offer and great events for employees take place on a regular basis. The internal training program is also very varied and always interesting.

This could be improved

Nothing really, I feel very comfortable at the Drei Tannen Foundation.
