This works well in the company

For me, what works really well at Thommen AG is the teamwork and the way everyone respects each other. As a forklift operator, I always felt the work was organized and safe. The instructions were clear, and the team was helpful whenever something needed to be done quickly. The machines were in good condition, and the environment made it easy to do my job without stress. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I really appreciated the professional atmosphere.

This could be improved

Thommen AG is a safe and well-organized place to work. As a forklift operator, I appreciated the clear safety rules and good teamwork. One area for improvement could be even better coordination between loading/unloading teams to make the workflow faster. Overall, it was a positive experience and a professional environment.
