Everything at the headquarters in Lucerne is very organized and positive. The test work was informative and the employees are nice.
This could be improved
The application process takes very, very long. Almost two and a half to three months passed between the delivery of the documents and the trial work. Since then, nothing has ever been heard again, not even by e-mail. If you ask by phone you will be put off for next week. Too bad.
